I didn't love the book, I confess, but I did LOVE listen to her speak at this conference.
She talks about the impossible things we expect from artists and about our creative genius and how artists seem to be doomed for life.
It's personal, funny and endearing and, as always, food for thought.
For me, more personal than ever, since here I am exposing myself to the world as a sort of writer...
